Registration and Enrollment:

a. All enrollees must complete the official registration form, either online or in-person.

b. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the required fees.

c. I AM + reserves the right to deny or cancel enrollment to any individual without providing reasons.

Payment and Refunds:

a. All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the training session.

b. Refund requests made 14 days before the training session will receive a full refund minus an administration fee.

c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the training date or after the session begins.

Course Rescheduling and Cancellation:

a. I AM + reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course.

b. In such cases, enrollees will be informed at the earliest opportunity and offered a full refund or a chance to reschedule.

Conduct and Behavior:

a. All enrollees are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during the course.

b. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.

Course Materials and Copyright:

a. Duplication, distribution, or use of materials for any purpose other than personal study is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

a. I AM + is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

b. Our total liability for any claim arising out of enrolment in our training program will not exceed the amount paid for the course.

Privacy Policy:

a. Personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
